Everything you need to know before your first class. The dress code, what to bring, where to park, and what to expect when you arrive.
Three things to know before you walk in.
Doors are unlocked five minutes before class starts and locked ten minutes after. Plan to arrive a little early so you can settle in.
Let the instructor or front desk know you've arrived, especially on your first visit. We'll take it from there.
Life happens. If you're behind schedule, call us at 401-400-2732 and we'll make sure you can still join.
Comfort first. Everything else is flexible.
Bring your own to stay hydrated through your workout.
If you're wearing shoes to the studio, bring a separate pair specifically for the dance floor. The shoes you wear in are not allowed on the floor.
Shoes are never required. You can take any class barefoot, in socks, sneakers, or heels, even classes labeled "heels."
Skin contact is important for grip and safety. A two-piece bikini or a sports bra and workout shorts are ideal. Heels are always optional. Avoid lotion, body oils, or butters; they make grip difficult.
Anything comfortable that makes you feel good. Knee pads are recommended for floor work and available for purchase in studio.
Your comfort is the priority. Wear what feels best for you.
